Welcome Packsent by PremFina will include the payment schedule outlining the dates and amounts of all payments that need to be made under this Agreement.
All Direct Debits are protected by a guarantee. This guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits. If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, you will be notified 7 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid. You can also cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society.
In UK, all direct debits are processed by BACS. BACS have a strict rule in terms of days for processing; and all companies collecting payments in terms of direct debits have to adhere to those policies.
