¶ Introduction to System
The PremFina Premium Finance system is a web-based application, that supports the creation and servicing of credit agreements, to finance insurance premiums.
This guide will detail:
- The functionality of the system and act as a user guide.
- The default and collections cycle implemented within the system.
- Routine tasks to be performed.
- How transactions are created and recorded within the system.
- The procedure for requesting help and contacting the PremFina Support Helpdesk.
¶ Accessing the PremFina System
The PremFina system is accessed via a standard web browser. The link to the PremFina system should have already been supplied, along with your ‘Username’ and initial ‘Password’. The first screen you will be presented with is the logon screen
¶ How to Change your Password
To change your password, click on the ‘Change Password’ or ‘System Admin’ tab (depending on your user level). Click the ‘Change Password’ link under User Admin.
Enter your old password; and choose a new password and click save.
Note: You cannot re-use any of your past 12 passwords
